How it works for tradies
- Get verified: ABN, and a trade licence check on the public register where the work is licensed. Insurance expectations are clear. After that you appear on Find-help unless you hide the listing.
- Browse or get matched: open local jobs that fit your trade and band.
- Accept to unlock contact: only three can accept. Win it on craft and reliability.
Pricing (Brisbane beta)
Membership is free for three months after you join, on the plan that matches your work: Skills AUD $25/month, Trades AUD $29/month, or Professional AUD $39/month. GST inclusive where applicable. Same marketplace. You’ll add a card when you accept your first job; after the trial it continues unless you cancel. Membership is not a job fee.
To accept a lead (max three tradies) you pay the job fee: $10 / $20 / $30 by card, or spend prepaid credits. That fee unlocks the household’s contact so you can compete. If they choose someone else, it is not returned. Credit packs include a bonus ($50 → 65 credits, $100 → 135, $150 → 200). Credits do not expire. Card is always available. Packs are optional.
Households never pay us to post. You earn from the job; they pay you directly.

How many competitors per job?

What if I’m not chosen?
